  I love coming to America to eat steak, Ruby Tuesday being a big name I thought I would try this branch out compared to a typical Outback I would go to. Sadly, this trip was poor. Staff were often sat together socializing instead of attending to tables. Cutlery was forgotten and when it came, it was dirty. My soda drink was never refilled, I had to request this myself. I asked for the mains not to be prepared until I had finished the starter, part way through the starter, the waitress told me my main was ready whenever I was, clearly not understanding my point. By the time my steak came, it was dry and zero flavor, clearly they had just left it heated until they brought it out. Overall, a disastrous visit and one that I will not be repeating again. I have been to the Ruby Tuesday in Hong Kong and was not disappointed. This branch sadly is a disappointment to the name.

  Food was pretty good. Understaffed each time I have been there. When we asked for separate checks the waiter threw the check folder he had on to an empty table which was a strange behavior.

  SALAD BAR ONLY SO-SO
  
  There was no ham, the mushrooms were old and shriveled, and the cherry tomatoes were sunken and wrinkled. Also, they finely dice the cucumbers and beets, which is a bad idea for a salad bar, as increasing the surface area dramatically increases the decomposition rate. They should use thick slices for a salad bar, and only finely dice food that is to be eaten immediately. I complained twice, but they didn't replace the old and missing items. They did have a fair selection, though, with edimame, peas, and a nice raspberry vinagarette.
  
  I also had a grilled chicken sandwich. It was fine, but the $10 price tag seems a bit much for what I could get at Wendy's for half the price or another sit-down restaurant for maybe $6 or $7.
